arents and teachers keep close communication about their child's adjustment and progress through informal as well as scheduled conferences. An active Parent Association acts as a liaison between home and school and encourages parent involvement in school functions and fund- raising activities.

Parents are invited to schedule a visit to St. Thomas More Play Group in order to tour the facilities and observe the program. At the time of your tour you will receive a formal application for admission. No personal interview is required of your child. You may schedule your fall visit by calling the Tuesday after Labor Day 212-534-3977 or 212-722-0526 beginning at 8:45a.m. Alternatively, our doors will be open from 8:45-noon that day only. We look forward to hearing from you.

Acceptance is based upon available spaces after returning children, and siblings of current attendees are considered with a further desire to maintain balance of age and gender within each group. Parents are notified of decisions in early March, and are asked to respond in mid-March.
